This coffee table carved in teak was originally the lower part of a manual mill which was used to make flour, essential ingredient of Chapati. Originally, an opening in the center of the table welcomed a first, fixed stone disc, and above was placed a second record of stone, rotating this time, to allow the grain to grind. This old mill was restored (the sculptures are original), the central hole has been filled, in order to make it functional as a coffee table. It is an old piece, which carries the marks of time and its use.
