Chakki - Old coffee table No. 24
Handmade
Vintage
One-of-a-kind pieceThis carved teak coffee table was originally the lower part of a hand mill used to make flour, the essential ingredient of chapati. An opening in the centre of the table once held a first, fixed stone disc, and on top of it sat a second stone disc, this one rotating, so that the grain could be ground. This old mill has been restored (the carvings are original) and the central hole has been filled, so that it can serve as a coffee table. It is an old piece that bears the marks of time and of its use.

More about how your order is prepared
Careful, reused packaging
Your parcel is prepared in our warehouse in France. As most of our pieces are one of a kind, the packaging has to be made to measure, which takes a little longer than for standard products. The item is protected and packed in a cardboard box for the safest possible shipping.
The little extra? We reuse packaging as much as possible to reduce our impact on the planet.
collection by the carrier
Once your order has been prepared, the carrier chosen at checkout is notified and your parcel is collected the next working day.
The carriers we use most often are Chronopost, Colissimo or UPS for home deliveries. For pickup point deliveries, we offer the Mondial Relay and Chrono Shop2Shop networks.
notification from the carrier
You will then receive an e-mail from us with delivery tracking, in the form of a link to the carrier's tracking page.
