Estimated times
From order to receipt, public holidays excluded:
- Pickup point (Mondial Relay, Chronopost Shop2Shop): 5 to 9 working days
- Parcel to your door (Colissimo, Chronopost): 4 to 8 working days
- Furniture on a pallet (by carrier): 7 to 10 working days, by appointment with the carrier
Shipped within 2 to 3 working days (3 to 4 for furniture), each piece being packed to measure.
Good to know
- Furniture is delivered to your doorstep or to the foot of the building
- No installation or unpacking is carried out by the driver
- It is mandatory to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and note any damage on the delivery slip
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. We strongly recommend keeping the packaging (boxes, foam/bubble wrap and the pallet if any) for as long as you are deciding, so the item can be repacked properly in case of withdrawal. The return goes through the carrier used for the original delivery. If needed, a label to print and attach to the packaging will be sent to you. Please note that for large goods requiring a home collection, the carrier may refuse the collection if the packing is not done properly (no pallet, item poorly protected). Once your return request is made, you will receive all instructions by e-mail.

Return costs remain due even when delivery was free. They are deducted from your refund, which is made to the payment method used to place the order. The refund is initiated as soon as the goods are received and checked on our premises.

PICKUP POINT
Orders of 70€ or more benefit from free delivery to a pickup point (for eligible items, up to 200€ of purchases).
For orders under 70€, pickup point delivery is a flat 7€.

We also deliver to the United Kingdom. However, because of Brexit, we cannot fulfil orders under £135, as this would require us to register for tax in the United Kingdom.
For orders over £135, VAT and customs charges at the border are at your expense.
