Yes, it is possible to collect your order for free from our showroom located in Cavaillon, in Vaucluse (84300). At the time of the order, select the Click and Collect "option.
Yes we offer the reimbursement of the export VAT (Dédéacix). Clients and customers at the showroom can request refund of VAT on exported products only if all the following conditions are met:
- You must be physically present at the showroom at the time of purchase, and present your passport and proof of address.
- You must permanently reside in a country not belonging to the European Union. You must be in France for less than 6 months.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- The value of your purchases must amount to 100 EUR minimum over a period of one to three days, purchases must be intended for personal use, and made in full by the person appointed on the Details slip (Pablo form).
- You must transport products outside the European Union before the end of the third month following the month of issuing the Pablo form. The products must be transported in your recorded luggage and use the same means of transport as you. They cannot be transported by a third party.
- You must have your Pablo form validated by the customs of the country from which you leave the European Union. If you leave the European Union from France, please scan and validate the form on a Pablo terminal. In the event of rejection of the form by the electronic terminal or in the absence of a terminal, you will have to complete the formalities with a customs agent. If you leave the European Union from a Member State other than France, you must request a paper format form, to have it buffer by customs of the departure state and send us back the original or a scanned copy of the form for subsequent treatment.

We prepare your packages in 2 to 5 working days. Regarding furniture, plan 1 to 2 weeks of preparation before removal by one of our providers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with the tracking number which will allow you to follow your order on the service provider. If you have not received an email, please contact us. You can also follow your order via the cat available on our site (bubble at the bottom right). Click on "Follow my order" and take your order number and email address.
As we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify the destination address. Contact us and we will do our best to satisfy you!

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order (excluding personalized item). If you wish to cancel your order, you can send us an email by telling us about your wish. The date of sending your return request is to be proof of calculating the withdrawal period. The return costs will be your responsibility.
We do our maximum to best prepare our items for their shipment. If despite our efforts, your package arrives damaged, don't worry, we will find a solution as quickly as possible! It is essential to check the command in the presence of the delivery man. For any damage noted, indicate it on the slip, take a photo of the damaged package and contact us.
In the event of an item, we refund upon receipt of your order on our premises. You will receive an email as soon as your refund is processed. The refund will be made on the same means of payment used to place the order, and can take up to 14 working days.
