Large old tray in light wood, hand-carved, with handles. This large wooden tray, called a parat, was used to prepare the dough used to make chapatis, rotis, naans, parathas and other traditional Indian breads. Flour, water, a pinch of salt: knead until it forms a ball and leave to rest: this is the basis of the traditional Indian menu. At home, place it on your coffee table, and place candles in its center to achieve a natural and relaxing aesthetic in your living room.
