For wooden furniture that has not been bleached, you can use a colorless wood wax to maintain the patina of the furniture without distorting its color. Use a cloth to apply the wax, then after drying, use a brush to shine. For cleaning, use a dry cloth.

Orders below £135 from our UK clients cannot be accepted since we would need to be VAT registered in UK.

For orders above £135, VAT and customs will be payable by you when the consignment reaches UK . Our prices on our e-shop are not inclusive of UK VAT or customs.

We prepare your packages in 1 to 5 working days. Regarding furniture, allow 1 to 2 weeks of preparation before removal by one of our service providers.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number which will allow you to follow your order on the service provider's website. If you have not received an email, please contact us. You can also track your order via the chat available on our site (bubble at the bottom right). Click on “Track my order” and have your order number and email address ready.

In certain cases (delivery by pallet in particular) tracking is not available; you will receive an SMS from our service provider to set up a delivery appointment when the time comes.

As we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible for us to change the destination address. Contact us and we will do our best to satisfy you!

At Mondial Relais relay point, packages will wait for you for 8 days from November 1, 2022. At Chronoshop2shop relay point, it's 7 calendar days.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order (excluding personalized items). If you wish to cancel your order, you can send us an email specifying your wish. The date your return request is sent is used to calculate the withdrawal period. Return costs will be your responsibility.

In the event of an item return, we will reimburse you upon receipt of your order at our premises. You will receive an email as soon as your refund is processed. The refund will be made to the same payment method used to place the order, and may take up to 14 working days.

We do our best to prepare our items as best as possible for shipping. If despite our efforts your package arrives damaged, don't worry, we will find a solution as quickly as possible! Report it to the delivery person, take a photo of the damaged package and contact us.
