For orders below € 70 purchases, delivery in relay point is at a fixed rate of € 5.

Most of the bulky command deliveries are made on default palette. The palette will be deposited by the carrier at the foot of your building/home. We can also offer you a delivery to two deliverers (for eligible items), up to the third floor without elevator, in the room of your choice, at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering to study the feasibility of this option.

The time to prepare your orders is generally 3 working days for packages. Regarding furniture, count 5 working days of preparation.
Relay point
Mondial Relay: Approximately 3 working days between the time of filing the package and delivery in your favorite relay point. Your packages will be kept for 8 days.
Chronopost Shop2shop: 2 to 4 working days between the time of filing the package and delivery in your favorite relay point. Your packages will be kept for 7 calendar days.
At home
Colissimo or Chrono: 48 working hours from the package of the package.
Delivery by carrier (on palette): Count around 5 working days for delivery of your order after shipping. The carrier will send you in addition to the follow-up of your order a niche proposal for delivery (half-day or day according to your address) by SMS or by e-mail, which you can then modify.
