Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. To do so, write to hello@orpai-studio.com. The item must then be returned to us no later than 14 days after your request. Made-to-order items cannot be returned.

How the return works

The return goes through the carrier used for delivery. You will receive all instructions by e-mail, and a label to attach to the parcel if needed. Keep the packaging (boxes, foam, bubble wrap, pallet) while you decide: for large furniture, the carrier may refuse the collection if the item is not properly packed.

Return costs (France)

They are at your expense and deducted from your refund, according to the order amount:
under €100: €9 · €100 to €199: €15 · €200 to €299: €25 · €300 to €599: €39 · €600 and over: €59.

These costs remain due even when delivery was free. For a delivery outside France, the return cost is communicated to you before collection.

Refund

We refund the amounts paid, including standard delivery, excluding return costs, no later than 14 days after your request. The refund may be deferred until we receive the item on our premises, or until you provide proof of shipment. It is made to the payment method used for the order.
