One-of-a-kind pieceOld Indian temple door adorned with brass bells. The door is mounted on wrought iron feet. Its beautiful colourful patina was created by successive coats of paint in different colours: green, blue, peach... Like most Indian doors, this door is made of two leaves. As it stands, the two leaves have been fixed together for decorative purposes; the wooden battens holding them together (visible on the back of the door) can, however, be removed to free the leaves. The feet are screwed on and can also be removed.
Please take the weight of the door into account when choosing your hanging system. If you wish to use it as a cupboard door, for example, you will need suitable hinges (not supplied). The hinge knuckles (female hinge parts) are present on the door and are original. As this door has no frame, it can open inwards or outwards, as you prefer. For a sliding rail installation, choose a rail that can bear its weight, or even a double rail (at the top and bottom of the door).
Made of solid teak, this Indian door is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoors, its colour may change over time.
The width given is for both leaves together, hinge knuckles included.

Careful, reused packaging
Your parcel is prepared in our warehouse in France. As most of our pieces are one of a kind, the packaging has to be made to measure, which takes a little longer than for standard products. The item is protected and packed in a cardboard box for the safest possible shipping.
The little extra? We reuse packaging as much as possible to reduce our impact on the planet.

Once your order has been prepared, the carrier chosen at checkout is notified and your parcel is collected the next working day.
The carriers we use most often are Chronopost, Colissimo or UPS for home deliveries. For pickup point deliveries, we offer the Mondial Relay and Chrono Shop2Shop networks.
