One-of-a-kind pieceThis authentic old woven bamboo hat from China was used in everyday life by farmers, mainly as protection from the sun during work in the fields. Its broad, covering shape, combined with an openwork weave, filtered the light while letting the air circulate.
Made from fine strips of bamboo woven by hand, it features a concentric geometric pattern that reflects craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation. The variations in colour, the irregularities of the weave and the dark patina come from use and the natural ageing of the material.
Each piece is unique. Today this hat finds a second life as wall decoration or as a hanging piece, bringing texture, depth and an authentic presence to a wabi-sabi or ethnic-inspired interior.

Careful, reused packaging
Your parcel is prepared in our warehouse in France. As most of our pieces are one of a kind, the packaging has to be made to measure, which takes a little longer than for standard products. The item is protected and packed in a cardboard box for the safest possible shipping.
The little extra? We reuse packaging as much as possible to reduce our impact on the planet.

Once your order has been prepared, the carrier chosen at checkout is notified and your parcel is collected the next working day.
The carriers we use most often are Chronopost, Colissimo or UPS for home deliveries. For pickup point deliveries, we offer the Mondial Relay and Chrono Shop2Shop networks.
